She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and has successfully directed operations across the manufacturing, corporate finance, and small business sectors.

Sarah is the Director of SLM Group and has served as General Manager for several companies, where she specialized in modernising systems, implementing governance, and returning struggling businesses to profitability. Deeply invested in her community, she served multiple terms as Chairperson and Treasurer of the Waiuku Business Association, leading initiatives to boost the local economy and tourism.
