Martin Lundqvist is a registered nurse with more than 10 years' experience across New Zealand's healthcare sector. He currently serves as an Educator and Preceptor at Health New Zealand, where he trains nurses and therapists to use new clinical technologies and systems.

Previously, Martin worked on the frontline in aged care, supporting some of New Zealand's most vulnerable people through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.

Martin brings a healthcare professional's perspective to ACT's vision for New Zealand. He is passionate about improving choice in health and education, reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, and building a freer, safer, and more equal New Zealand.
