Bruce McGechan is a business leader, entrepreneur, and mergers and acquisitions adviser with more than 30 years' experience across investment, technology, tourism, consumer brands, and business growth.

Bruce is the founder and Managing Director of Fealty, a Palmerston North-based business valuation and advisory firm helping business owners understand, grow, and realise the value of their companies. Throughout his career, he has advised businesses on acquisitions, capital raising, and growth strategies, while also founding ventures in the software and wine industries.

Previously, Bruce held senior sales and marketing roles with some of New Zealand's best-known companies and brands, including Heineken, Vodafone, Fletcher Building, and Cardrona Alpine Resort.
