What a year!

If we can count on only one man in the press to cut through the political madness at home and abroad: Sunday Star-Times columnist and agent provocateur Damien Grant.  We’re thrilled to announce that Damien will be the guest speaker at our end of year function with his usual acerbic take on the year’s events.

With the no nonsense style you’d expect from a liquidator of businesses in receivership and pithy out of the box insights on everything from first hand account of why jails aren’t rehabilitating anyonethe fundamental problem with the Nanny Statewhy teachers are underpaid, Damien’s column has been the best weekly read this year.

Come one, come all for what will be a great wrap up to the topsy-turvy year in politics with a barbecue at the recently renovated Horse and Trap in Mt Eden.

Tickets include your first drink and barbecue, the balance of the proceeds go to David Seymour’s 2020 Epsom Reelection Fund.
